Data we process and why

If you contact us through the form, by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the data you provide (name, email, company, website, service of interest, message and language) to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a quote and manage the professional relationship. We do not use your data for automated decisions or profiling.

Legal basis

Your consent when sending the enquiry (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Analytics and advertising only run with your consent in the cookie notice.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. Data is stored on our hosting provider’s servers (Hostinger) within the European Union, acting as data processor. If you accept the relevant cookies, Google and Meta may process browsing data under their own policies, which may involve international transfers covered by the safeguards set out in the GDPR.

Retention

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and for no more than two years if they do not become a professional relationship. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and the applicable legal periods (tax and accounting).

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to info@portadadigital.es. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
